How we work at ACOMA: innovation, sustainability, qualityGaia Mussi
ACOMA is a young company engaged in the production of printing blanket, which was born thanks to the experience accumulated over the years by the founding partners. Right from the start, the idea was to focus on innovation, sustainability and quality, in order to answer to new market demands.
Market and context change: flexibility and innovation to grow
Before recounting the values that distinguish ACOMA’s activities, we think it’s better to share a reflection related to the evolving context and market in which we operate. Today, in fact, businesses face new challenges every day, with an increasingly less stable market and an environment that often evolves unpredictably. Recent past few years have reminded everyone that doing business means taking risks, but we must not forget either that, in doing so, we also seize many opportunities.
At ACOMA, we believe that flexibility and the continuous search for new solutions are the answer to such an unstable environment, allowing us not only to “survive,” but to grow. Our organizational structure allows us to be very dynamic, perfect for being quickly and adapting to the changes we experience every day. This is how innovation is born at ACOMA, understood as a continuous improvement of what we do, the result of research and an ever-increasing knowledge of the industry and the products we handle.
Sustainability and quality to stand out in the market
In addition to innovation and flexibility, ACOMA has set all its work on two other core values: quality and sustainability. Quality means: selected raw materials, product and machine controls, operators training, attention to market demands. We think about quality as a daily commitment, an attention to be placed in all the operations that normally take place in the company.
Sustainability, for us, is also something daily and tangible. We don’t talk about it in a very abstract way; we prefer to tell people that our products are totally free of solvents, phthalates and bisphenol. Or again, that over the years we have developed systems to reduce emissions and waste. We think of sustainability as something measurable, an added value that makes our products even better.
This approach, based on innovation, flexibility, quality and sustainability, has enabled us to become a reference for the market over the past 10 years. We are certain that it will enable us to grow further.
